Monaro Brick and Block Pty Ltd was established with the vision of creating a company built on serving its clients with superb safety, quality, service, and scheduling. Monaro Bricklaying takes the utmost pride in fulfilling these goals as you build with masonry; the most durable, beautiful, and time-honoured building material known to humankind.

Quality of work is one of the areas in which Monaro Brick and Block has raised the bar of excellence for the industry. We enjoy a stellar reputation for quality, gained through over 30 years of experience in the industry. The Company Director and Business Manager having previously built and sold successful construction businesses including Brick and Block Companies, which under their leadership were the recipient of many Excellence in Brick & Block awards, Master Builders Association (ACT) Sub-Contractor of the Year awards, and numerous other construction industry recognitions.

Safety

Safety is indeed a top priority for us. We are committed to constantly improving our safety practices while providing outstanding quality of work, excellent customer service and exceeding our customer’s schedule expectations. Safety is more than a set of rules… it is a lifestyle. We believe that every injury is preventable, and our goal is always to have zero injuries. Safety remains our highest priority. It is part of our culture, starting from our Director through every member of our team.

Service

Service begins prior to commencing on site for Monaro Brick and Block. From the concept phase, through the design phase, during material selection, and continuing through construction, our professional staff will be pro-active as a part of your construction team. We offer cost analysis, value engineering, product technical data, materials sampling, and assistance with construction details and specifications. When our field personnel converge on your jobsite, the same energy continues with momentum.

Scheduling

Scheduling goals are attained through efficient project management, excellent jobsite supervision, and the proficient use of labour.

Certifications

Monaro Brick and Block is approved with the ‘Secure Local Jobs Certification” allowing the company to tender and execute contracts for individuals, private business, local and federal government projects.

The owners have acquired the following qualifications (among others):

• Cert IV Building & Construction Management
• Cert IV in OHSE
• Cert IV Project Management
• Cert III Brick & Blocklaying
